It is fairly clean and in a really quiet neighbourhood. Location is incredibly comfortable, 5 minutes drive to a local independently-run museum.

The location of the apartment was stunning, right by the ocean. We greatly enjoyed the garden where breakfast was served. The building was very comfortable. We met the host, who gave us good tips.

Stunning views. Immaculate and tastefully furnished room with comfortable single bed and ample storage space. - Bathroom was spotlessly clean with both a bath and enclosed shower.
Uncomfortable sleeping arrangements as the room was clearly still being used by the family, with personal belongings in the wardrobe and drawers. Unpleasant experience sharing a bathroom with the family, felt uncomfortable and lacked privacy.

Incredible value for money, with a room that was clean and comfortable, offering stunning views of the Black Isle. The location was perfect, situated on a hillside overlooking the Cromarty Firth, and the staff, especially Margaret, were welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with more options for guests, especially those with dietary restrictions.

I had the most incredible stay at Black Isle View in Dingwall. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming hostess Margaret. She showed me to my immaculate room with stunning views of The Black Isle. The single bed was comfortable, and I had plenty of storage space. The shared bathroom was spotlessly clean, and there was both a bath and an enclosed shower. Margaret went above and beyond by driving to town to pick up a takeaway meal for me when I arrived late. The breakfast was delicious, especially the high-quality sausage, bacon, and eggs. Margaret even drove me back to town to pick up my truck. The location of the property, overlooking Cromarty Firth, was absolutely breathtaking. I had an amazing experience at Black Isle View, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location of the hotel was superb, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. the house was well-maintained and spotless, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
One minor gripe was the steep hill leading up to the property, which could be difficult to climb after a long day of cycling. Another downside was the shared bathroom, as it would have been more convenient to have a separate toilet and sink.
